We utilise some cloud-based service providers for specific functions, such as email and accounts, who may store certain information on our behalf on servers based in the United States of America. Some of the companies we may disclose your personal information to are located overseas, including the UK and Singapore. In all instances of overseas disclosure, we shall ensure that the transfer of your personal information is carried out in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

If you have applied for a position at Chief Meta Chicks and have been unsuccessful, your application and associated documentation will be held for a period of three (3) months after the position that you applied for is filled, and then destroyed unless you request that this information be held in case other positions, that you would like to be considered for, arise in the future.
