Rachael is currently a Non Executive Director of SEEK and a mentor to LaunchVic. Until the end of 2023, Rachael was the Chief Customer Officer at Xero, a small business platform that serves over 3.7 million subscribers globally. Rachael grew revenue circa 30% year on year over her tenure.
Throughout her 25 year career as a global executive, Rachael has proven her cross-disciplinary leadership capabilities across business development, sales, strategy, marketing, communications, human resources and customer experience functions. She has extensive experience in both the SAAS financial services and technology industries serving in global leadership positions at companies including IBM and Xero.
